DOUBLE SCALE INTRODUCTORY FEES AVAILABLE

With nearly 500 units trading throughout the UK, the newly expanded group of ASK, PizzaExpress and Zizzi is the largest and most successful premium restaurant group in the country. In order to build further on this position, we are seeking further opportunities as follows:

Property Type:

We are especially keen on listed buildings or those of local interest; alternatively we will look at
purpose-built units and new developments.
Size: Minimum of 2,000 sq ft (of which 1,400 sq ft must be on ground floor) although the ideal size is
3,000 – 3,500 sq ft. Please note that we will also look at larger sites, up to approx 6,000 sq ft.
Tenure: Freehold or leasehold (25 year standard FRI).
Introductory Fees: Double scale introductory fees are available to all non-retained agents for all new site introductions where contracts are exchanged by the end of 2004.
Locations: The following towns are of specific interest; however, other locations will be considered on merit:
